Refund & Cancellation Policy - S K Palav Service Private Limited

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request the cancellation of a project or service by providing written notice. Cancellation terms vary based on the specific service agreement:

Digital Services: Cancellation requests for Web, Software, or App development must be made before the commencement of the development phase for a full refund of the deposit (minus administrative fees).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the stage of project completion. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, S K PALAV SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to retain a portion of the payment commensurate with the work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain fees, such as domain registration, third-party software licensing, and administrative setup fees, are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days and will be credited via the original mode of payment or bank transfer as agreed upon.

5. Service Delivery Policy

For digital services like Web, Software, and App Development, delivery timelines are agreed upon at the start of the project. Delivery is considered complete once the digital assets are handed over or the website/application is made live on the client's server.
